其次，我们的消音器的消声内芯采用了自主研发的纤维素压铸技术，能够分离气流并通过自我反射来减少过度噪音。当气体高速进入消音器内部时，大的空气流被重定向为小的气流，这些小气流反弹到消音器的对面，通过两条气流的相互碰撞，速度被降低，从而降低机器的噪音，同时保证机器性能不受影响。

Our product is an improvement on traditional silencers, taking into account the issues of complex structures, susceptibility to damage, and poor noise-reducing performance. Compared to traditional silencers, our company's silencer core has superior performance.

 

Firstly, our silencer core has low resistance loss, fast exhaust speed, a wide noise reduction frequency range, and is dust-proof, preventing oil mist and steam from permeating. It also has characteristics of high temperature resistance and resistance to high-speed airflow impact. These features ensure the normal operation of the machine under working conditions while greatly reducing noise and providing a more comfortable working environment.

 

Secondly, our silencer's noise-reducing core uses independently developed cellulose die-casting technology, which separates the airflow and reduces excessive noise through self-reflection. When high-speed gas enters the silencer, large airflows are redirected into small airflows, which rebound to the opposite side of the silencer. By colliding with each other, the speed is reduced, thereby reducing machine noise, while ensuring machine performance is not affected.
